Classes:
20/20/20:
This class is the perfect combination of cardio, toning and ab work. 20 mins is spent on each one ensuring everything is covered.
Box Right:
This class is excellent at getting rid of frustration and stress. It is partner based but you dont need to bring a partner.
Focus mitt and cardio work make sure you burn those calories whist also targeting upper body and mid-section strength.
Circuit training:
Circuit training is a great all-rounder. It is a whole body workout using a variety of apparatus.
The variety of this class suits someone who wants to work hard, but gets bored easily.
Healthy @ heart:
This class is aimed at the more mature client.
It helps to gently improve muscle tone, increase mobilisation and strengthen joints.
Clients are helped to work at their ability and no previous experience is needed.
Latino:
A Latino inspired class that teaches you the moves of a true Latino dancer! No partner or previous experience needed.
LBT:
The classic legs, bums and tums class targeting those problem areas.
Specially designed exercises are performed making sure you tone, firm and sculpt your thighs, bottom and abdomen.
Pilates:
Pilates is fantastic to help strengthen and tone your whole body.
It promotes posture, balance and inner strength using a variety of exercises and apparatus.
It helps you to achieve sculpted muscles and strong abdominals and lower back.
Pump FX:
This high energy, upbeat class is a whole body workout using adjustable weights.
Various exercises are performed to up-beat motivational music. It burns serious calories, whist also being interesting and motivating.
Salsacise:
This salsa inspired aerobics style class will help you to lose weight, tone up whilst really having fun.
No experience or partners needed.
Spin:
These highly motivating classes use specially designed indoor bikes to give you an all over body workout.
The resistance is dictated by you, but guided by the instructor and different positions are used throughout the class.
You will get a great workout burning up to 500 calories per class using muscles you didnt think you had!
Yoga:
This Eastern practice has grown in popularity tremendously throughout the years.
It teaches you to hold positions whilst concentrating on your breathing.
Yoga helps to calm your inner-self, promotes strength and gives you an overall sense of wellbeing.
